Return Policy

Lumber is returnable if it is returned to us in like new, sellable condition. It must have been stored out of the elements. 

Windows and doors are special order items and are not returnable. 

Cabinetry is a special order item and not returnable. 

Shingles are a returnable item if they are returned in full bundle quantities, in the original, unopened  packaging. The pickup fee for returned shingles is 20% of the returned dollar amount. 

Siding returns vary by brand and color choice. Siding that is eligible for returns has a 25% restocking fee. The pickup fee for returned siding is 20% of the returned dollar amount. 

Drywall is a returnable item. The pickup fee for returned drywall is 20% of the returned dollar amount.
